Joe Simpson

Owner/Operator

Joe Simpson grew up around the plumbing trade, following in the footsteps of his grandfather. Though he initially pursued carpentry, he found his true passion in plumbing and helping homeowners with their water systems. With over 15 years of experience, Joe is a licensed plumbing, heating, and well contractor, holding multiple industry certifications, including EPA Universal Certification for refrigeration and Viqua UV Light Installer certification.

Joe studied plumbing and HVAC at Kaynor Tech and IMTI, completed a six-year apprenticeship, and continues to expand his expertise through advanced training in water heaters, well pumps, motors, boilers, and water treatment. He holds installation and troubleshooting certifications for AO Smith water heaters, Goulds well pumps, Franklin electric motors, Burnham boilers, and Carlin oil burners. As a member of PHCC and the Water Quality Association, he stays at the forefront of industry standards. He also mentors future tradespeople as a CT Apprenticeship Sponsor.

Office Manager

Amber Simpson keeps Joe Simpson Plumbing running smoothly by managing scheduling, customer communication, and daily operations. As the first point of contact for homeowners, she ensures every customer gets the attention and service they deserve. Her organization and dedication help the team stay on track and provide timely, professional plumbing solutions. Amber takes pride in creating a seamless experience for both customers and the crew.
